Onyxia? Where!?! MC? AQ?
All oldies but goodies, while loot may not be what it used to be in these older raid instances, they can be great fun.
Just where are all those world Dragons they talk about??
Ooo A scavenger hunt in only a guild tabard... could be drafty but fun!
If you are interested in any of these, or have found an adventure you would like go on, post it here. The officers and high command will take these suggestions and plan these events. Remember... the more input we get, the better.

I'm thinking that the old raids could be a lot of fun and really develop the teamwork required in level 70 raids. Furthermore, it doesn't have to be restricted to level 70s, as anyone level 60 and above can go! It also has the added bonus of the fun of learning and defeating certain boss fights, many ideas from which are used in newer content! ZG, Onyxia, MC, AQ, BWL, Naxxramas (which is being revamped for Northrend!) would all be great!
How about a team hide-and-go-seek type thing in Teldrassil (just the starting area, not Darnassus or the base of the tree)? Our tailors could create two (or more!) different colored uniforms and we could divide up the teams and figure out a way to make that fun for all levels. No skills (including stealth and shadowmeld) allowed. Hunters, druids -- no tracking!
The world dragons? That sounds like fun! The dragons Emeriss, Lethon, Taerar, and Ysondre, are located in central Duskwood, northeastern Hinterlands, northern Feralas, and northeastern Ashenvale (and there will be another in Northrend!). These are also events that anyone level 60 or above could partake in.
Other outdoors raid encounters include the Silithus Abyssal Council series, Azuregos in Azshara, and Highlord Kruul in Blasted Lands. Again, these are level 60 and above.
As I think of more ideas, I'll post them. |

My first choice would be starting back up where we left off before the Dark Portal opened: ZG and AQ20. Zul'Gurub, in addition to still being my favorite, gives Zandalar rep. This is needed for crafting patterns in every skill, and fairly nice helm enchants.
Now the big question here is: When do we do it? I think weekly would be best, but what day and time? Sunday was the suggestion at the meeting, which gives us more of the day to work with.
Or we could do one during the week, and one on the weekend. That way people could almost always make one or the other, and would also give people's alts a chance to participate. |
