Okay...
First off, great first run guys!  Sorry I had to poop out last night, but RL was riding my butt...
Now, onto why i'm posting.
I do understand that we have many in the guild who are Westcoast/outside the US. However, there are some of us who are either Eastcoast/Midwest...or have jobs no matter where we live that don't allow us the time we would like to have to dedicate to a run of Kara.
Is there anyway we can maybe plan a weekend run? Not every week, but maybe once a month, have a plan to do a Kara run? So that way, we can get a solid rotation with all players (I would prolly only be able to a Ranger run on the weekend due to the time needed and the time starting)...and no one has feelings of holding anyone back...(like i was having due to my time constraints...self imposed feelings, i know)....

I also think that weekends make more sense than weeknights. I think it will help to ensure that we have a consistently organised group, and without having to worry about work.
The problem is that many Rangers also raid with other guilds (on alts) on weekends. Certainly, there's no reason why they should not be able to do their weekend runs.
My only alternative suggestion, then, is running in the morning on the weekends, say 9.00 AM server time.
Obviously, we would need more input before making such a decision. Eventually, we should have enough players for 2 raid groups, and this may become a moot point. |

I personally cant run Kara at the time the guild is running it  (7PM = 5AM for me >.<). It would be nice if we get a group running Kara in the morning or at least earlier on weekends for those who have troubles to join the raid.  |

Last week, we scheduled our run for 6 PM server time (2 AM UTC), not starting until 7 PM.
One difficulty we have as a guild is that we have players from Europe, United States, and New Zealand. While this is a VERY much appreciated diversity, it makes it nigh impossible to schedule raid times that everyone can make. |

that would so explain why i always see you on in the morning before work (4:30am CST)...lol |
