First of all let me give a Big Thank You to all those who participated. Even though we only downed one boss (which we basically breezed through) I thought the team as a whole did pretty well - especially considering this was our first run. Team Cooperation was great - the Tanking was Mighty and the Healing was Yummy! Everyone played well - except Way who really sucked.* Plus we all gained rep which doesn't suck plus we also gained 3 Epic Items - and all 3 of those were useful upgrades - which also doesn't suck (and those who had not been before got a Spiffy New Ring which will upgrade as we progress through KZ).
Notes for Next Time:
Each toon can have a maximum of 1 Guadian Elixir and 1 Battle Elixir consumed at any 1 time. We should take advantage of that. Everybody should bring 10-20 of each flavor (or as much as you can afford to buy or make). Note that many toons in the Whisperwind Alliance as well as this Raid Group have Alchemists - so if you want a particular potion you can request it here - (they will probably want you to supply the mats).
In the meantime I will try to read up on Moroes and Statue Girl =) and see what others are doing to defeat them. I think Moroes (spelling?) will be the easier of the two so lets try to beat that one first.
Is it possible to reset the instance so we can kill the Horseman again? Also - statue girl does Holy Damage. Holy Prot pots might help a small amount but they are very weak and she does a lot of damage. Is there a way we can protect more vs holy damage? Also - for Moroes - is there a way we can dispel/protect against the Garrote?

Karazhan resets every Tuesday at 6am? server time.
As for the Maiden:
Druids: can HoT others
Hunters: none
Mages: can Mana Shield or Ice Barrier themselves
Paladins: can Divine Shield or Divine Protection themselves and Blessing of Protection others. This should remove the debuff, but at least absorbs the damage.
Priests: can use Shield to provide more time for healing
Rogues: can use Cloak of Shadows (maybe)
Shamans: not sure
Warlocks: not sure
Warrior: not sure
As for Moroes:
Paladins: Divine Protection/Divine Shield and Blessing of Protection -- dispels the Garrote

Allev - Rogue - Skinning/Enchanting

That sounds good Aarisa. I don't think our Paladins were aware that they can dispel the Garrote. (I certainly was not until just recently). So we will need to make sure our Paladins know about it. A priest shield on the person Garroted is probably a good idea too.
And - yes - Karazhan will have re-set for us - which is a good thing. I had to ask several folks before I received an accurate - intelligent answer on that question but I just found out yesterday that the whole instance resets every tuesday morning. This is a very good thing because it will allow us to continue to gain rep with the Violet Eye AND it will also allow us to continue to gather Epic Items from the Horsman which is definitely a good thing.
